Payment & Service Terms

Aqiqah USA is a professional logistics and fulfillment enterprise. By completing a payment on this website, you are engaging us to provide a specialized religious fulfillment service, including livestock sourcing, Shariah-compliant sacrifice (Zabiha), culinary preparation (where applicable), and distribution logistics.

Business Status: Please note that Aqiqah USA is a for-profit service provider. Payments made are service fees and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations under IRS 501(c)(3) regulations.

By providing your credit card, debit card, or third-party payment information (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), you authorize Aqiqah USA to charge the total order amount, including any selected add-ons and applicable processing fees, to your chosen payment method. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Aqiqah Services: We guarantee that Aqiqah services will be performed within 36 hours of payment confirmation.

Other Services: For Sadaqah, Waqf, Zakat, and other services, fulfillment times may vary. You will receive documentation upon completion.

Pre-orders (Qurban): For Qurban 2026, payments are held as a service reservation. Fulfillment will take place strictly during the designated days of Eid al-Adha 2026.

Verification: Fulfillment is considered complete once the digital certificate and/or fulfillment report has been issued to the email address provided at checkout.

Due to the time-sensitive and livestock-dependent nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

Before Processing: A full refund may be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

After Processing: Once the 36-hour fulfillment window has begun and livestock has been sourced or the sacrifice performed, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Waqf & Legacy Services: These involve long-term project planning. Cancellations are only available if the project setup has not yet commenced.

Livestock prices are subject to market fluctuations. Aqiqah USA reserves the right to adjust service pricing without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and paid for, the price is locked and will not change. In the rare event that a specific animal is unavailable, we will substitute it with an animal of equal or greater value to ensure religious compliance.

Aqiqah USA does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Your personal data (Name, Niyyah, Baby's Name) is used solely for the purpose of service fulfillment and certificate generation.

Aqiqah USA acts as a fulfillment agent. While we take every measure to ensure 100% Shariah compliance and culinary quality, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, local civil unrest, or other force majeure events in the regions of distribution.
